    Vendor Coordination: We’ll create a personalized timeline, act as the main point of contact for vendors, keep everyone on schedule, arrive early to oversee setup, and ensure everything is perfectly executed.

    Bridal Party & Bride Support: From helping the bride, bridesmaids, and MOH get dressed and photo-ready to lining up the bridal party for the ceremony, we’ll be there every step of the way. This includes hands-on help for photos and any suite needs.

    Logistics & Essentials: Accepting and setting up food delivery or picking up meals and drinks, loading transportation with bags and essentials, and preparing for post-ceremony guest arrival.
